Personal Experience & Biography
Malek is an 18+ years Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer veteran for privately and publicly held firms. His experience spans raising capital, mergers and acquisitions across the U.S., Vietnam, Mexico and Central America in manufacturing, Oil & Gas, SaaS, electronics and healthcare industries. He assumed executive roles in Enron, Dynegy, Lucas Energy and Dynamic Health Strategies. Malek speaks French, Spanish, served on the board of the National Kidney Foundation (Southeast Texas Region), is currently an Assistant Scout Master and was Chairman of the 3,800 member Aggie Professional Forum. He is a graduate of The Kinkaid School, Texas A&M University (Bach. Engineering) and University of Houston – Bauer School (MBA).
